Current Openings: Business Development Representative
Unleesh is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our outbound sales prospecting. This position utilizes Predictable Revenue and is NOT a cold-calling position.

We help companies build skills across their whole organization through onboarding, continuous skill-building and community engagement, creating the talent they need to fill roles in their current and future workforce.
BDRs support “Cold Calling 2.0”. As a BDR, this position works with prospective sales lists of target accounts to develop new sales opportunities from cold or inactive accounts. The primary position responsibilities include sending emails to prospects asking for the “appropriate person” to speak with in a company to get a short qualification call scheduled. They also conduct the qualification call. After the call, they determine if the prospect (potential client) is a good fit and if so, they pass the lead along to the Sales person on the Unleesh team.
Highly efficient Outbound reps and teams do NOT close deals, but create & qualify new sales opportunities and then pass them to Account Executives to close.
The Sales Specialist will manage email outreach and place outbound qualification calls to potential customers seeking to purchase Unleesh SaaS and services. They will also call on leads from our existing customer base. This is a remote position and can be done from any location, being in an office is not required. No cold calls required!
Work directly with customers via telephone, and email automation system to understand reach out to prospective business.
Schedules and conducts qualification phone calls to determine if the prospect is a fit for Unleesh’s services
Completes a 5 part questionnaire according to provided script to determine client fit for Unleesh.
Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact and makes introductions to account executive.
Manages approximate 10 emails each day from replies to strategic email outreach.
Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
Strong customer service and telesales skills
Experienced with Web Based Applications
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving and decision making skills
Hourly plus commission.
